The Administrative Structure

The BOT is the highest organ of the Foundation. The BOT's fundamental responsibility is the policy direction and thrust, which are geared towards the accomplishment of the Vision and Mission of the Foundation, as highlighted in the aims and objectives. The Foundation is being assisted by a tenured 5-member Executive Council (EXCO).

The membership of the EXCO is inclusive of the administrative secretary. The other members are appointed by a rigorous process that takes due cognizance of honesty, integrity and dutifulness of the individual that may have been nominated for screening by members of the BOT. The EXCO assists the BOT in the execution of policy and other daily responsibilities for which attention may required. The organogram is as shown in the following figure:
